BLUSH BOX Review May

I absolutely loved the April Blush Mystery Beauty Box, and May surprisingly did not let me down at all like I was worried it could. Sometimes companies reel you in and then do not deliver. Blush delighted me with this box though.

Price: $24.95 a month (or $34.95 for one off buys)
The Products: Over $100 of beauty products.

ProEven Total Dark Spot Corrector 0.05 fl oz. $2.50 (Bonus item)
Am I sample spoiled? Foil packets make me sad. Have you ever ruined a nail on these?

B. Kamins BB Cream – .5 oz Value $15
I am excited to try this one.

I really needed some conditioner and I love that this is such a huge amount of it yay.

YAY I got my second choice on bracelet. I felt like this was not the best made bracelet but then again most people like things to be delicate and not super heavy on their wrists. I will confirm later this month how well it held up.

Update: I love love love this bracelet and it has not broken so I was totally wrong about the quality. Sorry about that!

I also got a coupon for Bauble Bar for $15 off $40 or more. I just looked at their site and there are items for $18+ w/ free shipping.

**If anyone wants my code let me know. Its only one use so please actually use it if you ask for it since I am giving you mine

Cotz Face Natural Skin Tone SPF 40 –  0.1 oz  $1.33
I like this product a lot. It is so silky smooth. It makes my skin really happy.

I really love the quality of this eye liner. Its cruelty free which is awesome (at least bunnies would say so).  It’s also fragrance free and doesn’t have any parabens or sulfates. The product is super soft and seems like it will really stay on. Its a week later and I finally tried the eye liner on my eyes. LOVE it. This is my new favorite eye liner. I had such control with their cute little brush and I really enjoyed making a small line without messing up and having to fix it. This product is perfect for beginners or retards like me.

I really like the pink, mint, and light purple polish! The sherbert one is just okay but it might be a nice statement on my feet. Might be saving this for a giveaway or to share with a friend. Apparently this polish is Formaldehyde, Toluene, and DBP Free! Up till now I was not aware those were issues.

Final Thoughts: I paid $24.95 for this box and received $90.80 worth of product. I do not count the $15 coupon that is although nice it does not actually equal $15 because you have to spend some out of pocket. I still love this box but do not feel that they really met their claim of $100+. That being said last month the value was so high you got to cut them some slack and I am sure next month will be great. I still feel that Blush is my favorite box, although Ipsy gave them a run for their money this month. Also comparing prices, this box is about twice the price of Ipsy and had about the same or greater value. My point is that maybe I am holding Blush to a higher standard and their value was really amazing this month. I was so spoiled by April’s Box.

***Also if you want to try the box post your email in the comments and I will send you a referral code that gives you $10 off $30.  To get the monthly box you could just add something else small to your cart. I need an actual email address for this to work because I submit the request onto blushes' website. You can also send the request to my email and I will send you the link.
